About Us

Brazos Mini-Sprint Association (BMSA) was organized in 2004 as a family-oriented organization dedicated to promote the sport of mini-sprint racing. Our Association's format provides a high level of camaraderie and opportunities for racers to share a wealth of knowledge and assistance.

BMSA started in 2004 with nine drivers in a Stock Class and has grown to over 40 drivers with a Restrictor and Outlaw Class as well. This year's driver's ages range from 11 to 49 years of age. Drivers travel from all over the state (including the Austin, Dallas, Bryan, Waco, San Antonio, and Temple areas) to race with BMSA.

Our cars consist of a mini-sprint frame with a 600 cc motorcycle engine with Chassis from manufacturers like Stallard, PMP, Factor One, Sawyer, and Hyper.

In 2010, BMSA ran 14 races, with the majority of their races in Waco, Texas at Heart O' Texas Speedway, but also raced in Pleasanton and Stephenville, Texas.
